We insure that the item you have ordered has left us in perfect condition. If there is a fault discovered when the product has reached your address, it must be reported to us within seven (7) days of our dispatch date, by phone, email or by using the form below, so that we can determine what has taken place. Then we will discuss with you how next to proceed. We do not offer refunds because of change of mind so please choose carefully. If damage does occur during transit the artwork will be replaced at our expense.
